Three things to know before you visit
- Your first visit starts with a free consultation. The doctor examines your skin, explains options and gives you a total price. Depending on the treatment and the schedule, treatment can often be done the same day.
- Open until 23:00 on weekdays. Evening appointments are available Monday to Friday (booking required by the previous day; a consultation fee applies after 19:00).
- Communication. Our staff speak Japanese. We use translation apps during consultation and treatment so that you can ask questions in English.

- Honest about what we cannot do. If a mole or spot needs a biopsy or looks suspicious, we refer you to a hospital instead of treating it.
- Risks and downtime first. You hear the risks, the recovery period and the total cost before you decide.
- Total price, no surprises. Consultation and follow-up visits are free. Anaesthesia and aftercare are included in the quoted total.
