Booking & your first visit

Do I need an appointment?

Yes, the clinic is appointment-only. First-time patients book a free consultation; returning patients book the treatment directly. Message us on LINE or use the contact form.

Can I have treatment on the same day as the consultation?

Often yes, depending on the treatment and the schedule. Procedures with longer downtime or anaesthesia may be scheduled for another day. Tell us what you are interested in when you book.

How long does the consultation take?

About 15–30 minutes, longer if you have VISIA skin analysis or same-day treatment.

Is the consultation free?

Yes. Consultation, first visit and follow-up visits are free. You are welcome to come just to ask questions.

Can I ask questions before booking?

Yes, on LINE. Photos help us give a more specific answer.

Can I come late in the evening?

On weekdays we are open until 23:00. Evening appointments must be booked by the previous day, and a consultation fee applies after 19:00 (¥3,300–¥5,500).

What if I am late or need to cancel?

Please tell us as early as possible. Changes are free until the day before. Same-day cancellation: ¥8,800 for non-surgical treatments, 100% of the fee for surgical procedures.

Language & communication

Does the staff speak English?

Our doctor and staff speak Japanese. We use translation apps during your visit so you can ask questions in English. Written messages on LINE are answered in English.

Can I phone in English?

Our phone line is Japanese only. Please use LINE or the contact form.

Who can be treated

Is there an age limit?

18 and over. Under 18 requires a parent or guardian present and a signed consent form.

I take medication / have a medical condition. Please tell us when you book. Some medications and conditions mean we cannot treat you, or need to adjust the plan.

Pregnant or breastfeeding?

Most treatments cannot be performed. Please tell us in advance.

Do you treat men?

Yes — hair removal (beard, body, VIO), AGA, injectables and more. Treatment is performed by the doctor and female nursing staff.

Can I come with children?

It depends on the treatment and the schedule. Please ask in advance.

Treatment

Does it hurt?

It depends on the treatment. Topical, local, block and nitrous-oxide anaesthesia are available; tell us if you are worried about pain.

How much downtime?

Roughly: none — hair removal, peels, IV drips, Thermagen EVO / 1–3 days — Botox, filler / 1–2 weeks — thread lifts, double-eyelid, under-eye bag removal, brow lift. See the Treatments page.

What are the risks?

All cosmetic treatments carry some risk: bruising, swelling, redness, asymmetry, infection, allergic reaction. The doctor explains the risks of your specific treatment at the consultation.

Can I come with makeup on?

Yes for most treatments; we remove it at the clinic. For laser or skin analysis, please come without makeup if you can.

Can I shower afterwards?

Usually yes from the same day; bathing in a tub, exercise and alcohol may be restricted for a few days depending on the treatment.

What if I have a problem after I go home?

Message us on LINE with photos. We advise you and, if needed, help you find care locally.

Payment

How can I pay?

Japanese yen only — cash, or Visa / Mastercard / JCB / AMEX / Diners. No foreign currency.

Does insurance cover it?

No. Cosmetic treatment is private medical care in Japan and is paid in full by the patient.

Are there extra charges?

No surprises: the doctor confirms the total before treatment. Optional anaesthesia and needle types are listed on the price list.

Can I get a receipt in English?

Receipts are issued in Japanese only.
